Good location neat metro stop Pereire (line 3). We enjoyed a great room with a really nice balcony on the back side. Clean room, good beds, you can open windows for fresh air, good shower; nespresso machine and a bottle of water free to use - excellent.

Rooms where clean and room service came everyday. So I always had clean towels a made bed and water to drink after a long day of work or site seeing.

Thank you so much XO staff for a lovely stay. You were so helpful, and our room was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel itself is a short walk from the Arc De Triomphe and a doable walk to the eiffel tower and is right next to a metro which is a 5-10 minute train ride to all of the tourist-y places, so the location is perfect as it is tucked in a quiet area but is still close to everything!

The location is fab, only a 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 40 minutes to the river Seine for all the museums and views of the Eiffel Tower. The room was lovely and clean, best sound proofing I’ve experienced at night in a city based hotel! Breakfast was also great, lots of choice and good quality. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby, highly recommend Le Potager de Charlotte

+ small but comfortable room with carpet and overall quite clean + friendly reception staff (and they also managed to provide the company invoice correctly even at check-in - something that's unfortunately not always the case in other hotels in Paris) + location is not so far away from Champs-Elysees / Arc de Triomphe and has good local restaurant options closeby + WiFi was fast and reliable (100+ Mbit)

We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms. The hotel is new and clean, truly 4 stars. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The staff was super friendly, extremely clean ( even the bathroom was spotless), the hotel was super charming and the breakfast was amazing! The area is really nice and from a walking distance to the center, while still a bit out of the crowd. All that for a very fair price. I will def be back ❤️❤️ merci

I have been to Paris 4th time and this was the best hotel. To say the truth it was the best hotel for this price and I would repeat it once again more times. The hotel is in a very good, calm neighbergood where there are lots of bars, shops and it is near the metro station. The hotel is very new or seemed that way. The room was very tidy, very clean, they use Rituals hygiene means, lots of towels. The staff was very pleasant, they talked in English very well. It exceeded any my wishes or thoguhts.

I really like the service . The lady at the front desk Nadia. Was amazing, so caring and willing to assist all the time. She really went above and beyond to make sure me and my family enjoyed our stay.
